With a background that spans entrepreneurship, agriculture, and years of travel, Seth brings a unique attention to detail and guest-focused mindset to every property. His path has included building and operating multiple businesses and working internationally on sustainable projects — experiences that shaped his commitment to quality, consistency, and meaningful service.
As a business owner and father, Seth brings a practical understanding of what makes a space feel safe, welcoming, and well cared for. After purchasing his first investment property in Hoodsport, Washington, he saw firsthand the potential of short-term rentals when managed with intention and care. Seth created Stay Awhile Properties to provide the highest level of service to homeowners while offering guests a truly welcoming home-away-from-home experience.

All of the towels, the gym was great and they even had a sauna. The game room was fun. Honestly it was just such a great experience. Seth was a great host! He had some wonderful recommendations of what we could do in the area and a few restaurants if we were going to go out to eat. Definitely five stars ! We will be back."
